Assistant Store Manager
Responsibilities
Team Development
- Train and onboard new crew members.
- Assist the Store Manager in promoting crew members to leadership positions, such as Shift Leaders, Assistant Managers, and General Managers.
- Ensure effective communication with crew members and management to deliver excellent guest service and maintain high throughput.
- Help resolve food and beverage complaints in collaboration with the Store Manager.
Miscellaneous
- Review schedules and oversee dining room arrangements for optimal guest aesthetics.
- Greet guests and ensure they feel welcome.
- Supervise staff to maintain proper service standards.
- Inspect crew uniforms to ensure cleanliness and appropriateness.
- Address and resolve guest service complaints effectively.
- Ensure all front-of-house (FOH) side work, cleaning, and maintenance tasks are completed as scheduled.
- Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the dining room and its equipment.
- Conduct inspections and report any equipment deficiencies or maintenance concerns.
- Ensure proper security of the dining room and related areas at the end of each business day.
- Place, receive, and organize orders and deliveries correctly.
- Assist in conducting monthly inventory checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in store operations.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Experience in the Food & Beverage or Retail industry.
- A related business degree or equivalent professional qualification.

- تقديم الطلبات واستلام وتنظيم التسليمات بشكل صحيح.
- المساعدة في إجراء جرد شهري.
المؤهلات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في عمليات المتجر.
- إتقان استخدام التطبيقات الحاسوبية.
- مهارات قوية في اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابةً وتحدثًا).
- خبرة في مجال الأطعمة والمشروبات أو البيع بالتجزئة.
- شهادة في إدارة الأعمال أو مؤهل مهني معادل.
