Position Title: Finance Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cost analysis and prepare accurate project cost reports.
- Liaise with project management and clients on cost control matters.
- Conduct site visits to verify field cost reporting.
- Oversee project cash flow, financial reporting, and expenses.
- Assist with cost control, estimation, and audits.
- Create and maintain budget forecasts and periodic reports.
- Monitor project cash flow to ensure adherence to budget and schedule.
- Support implementation of financial controls and audits.
- Provide guidance to junior staff and review their work for accuracy.
- May have direct reports and contribute to team development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance (Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance is a plus).
- Proven PMC experience in financial controls and project budgeting.
- Strong background in cost control, financial reporting, and cash flow management for large projects.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, and Environmental Restoration sectors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
- درجة بكاليروس في المالية (دراسات عُليا في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية تُعد ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة التحكم المالي وميزانية المشاريع.
- خلفية قوية في التحكم بالتكاليف، والتقارير المالية، وإدارة التدفق النقدي للمشاريع الكبيرة.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في قطاعات النفط والغاز، والطاقة، واستعادة البيئة.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنظيم والقيادة.
