Key Responsibilities-
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Align marketing plans with the company’s growth strategy and profitability targets.
- Lead the creation and execution of annual marketing calendars, ensuring timely and effective campaigns.
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies to effectively position the company's brand in the market.
- Oversee brand positioning and identity to ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Communicate with host brand on marketing plans and ensure full alignment.
- Develop strategies to strengthen key brands.
- Lead omnichannel marketing initiatives, integrating digital, social, and traditional media.
- Oversee the development and optimization of the company’s e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless online experience.
- Coordinate with E-comm team to leverage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Create effective product launch plans, pricing strategies, and distribution support campaigns.
- Conduct regular market research to understand customer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Analyze customer data to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Develop actionable insights to guide product development, positioning, and campaign execution.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, creating a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance.
- Develop talent through coaching, training, and career development plans.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between marketing, sales, e-commerce, and operations teams.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal allocation of resources.
- Track marketing spend against ROI and adjust strategies to meet financial targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, media partners, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, BD) to ensure alignment on business goals.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships to maximize value and efficiency.
- Manage the brand marketing budget and provide regular reports to senior management on marketing performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of brand marketing initiatives by analyzing relevant data and metrics.
