Civil Engineer
Responsibilities:
- · Create Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for residential villas, detailing the materials, quantities, and costs required for construction projects is ESSENTIAL.
- · Knowledge in all essential engineering programs. Fluent in AUTOCAD in preparation of engineering plans such as architectural drawings.
- · Oversee onsite construction activities of private villas, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- · Actively manage construction sites of private villas, coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- · Prepare and deliver technical reports, documentation, and paperwork as required by project specifications and regulatory standards.
- · Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to optimize project designs and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
