Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Human Resources Executive. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, and overall Human Resources responsibilities.
Qualifications
Min Bachelors Degree
Min 3 years of experience in Human Resources
HR Management and HR Operations skills
Employee Relations and HR Policies expertise
Strong understanding of Human Resources principles
Experience in implementing HR strategies and policies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
