Quality Assurance Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor the quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality audits on various departments within the medical center to ensure compliance with national and international healthcare standards and regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement and work with department heads to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Analyze patient feedback, complaints, and incident reports to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Prepare and present reports on quality assurance activities, findings, and improvement plans to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Train and guide staff on quality assurance best practices and new protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuous quality improvement in patient care services.
- Stay updated with the latest healthcare quality standards, regulations, and best practices.
