Our capabilities include full localisation which encompasses language translation, bespoke digital and offline marketing strategies and executions, a dedicated customer service, a logistics and operations arm as well as local currency payment options.
Store Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Support: Assist in leading a team of sales associates, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of customer service and store efficiency.
- Customer Engagement: Ensure customers receive outstanding service by assisting with product knowledge, offering recommendations, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Sales Support: Help drive sales performance through effective product placement, promotions, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards in alignment with Hamleys’ brand image.
- Inventory Management: Support stock management processes including receiving shipments, conducting stock takes, and ensuring the sales floor is replenished and organized.
- Operational Duties: Assist in opening and closing the store, handling cash, and maintaining operational standards in accordance with company policies.
- Training & Development: Mentor and train new team members, sharing product knowledge and customer service techniques to ensure continuous improvement and team success.
