Our E-Commerce division spread across beauty and cosmetics, fashion, luxury accessories and children's clothing and toys, we have a number of E-commerce platforms as well as franchise partnerships operating in the MENA region. Our capabilities include full localisation which encompasses language translation, bespoke digital and offline marketing strategies and executions, a dedicated customer service, a logistics and operations arm as well as local currency payment options.
Store Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Support: Assist in leading a team of sales associates, providing guidance, motivation, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of customer service and store efficiency.
- Customer Engagement: Ensure customers receive outstanding service by assisting with product knowledge, offering recommendations, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Sales Support: Help drive sales performance through effective product placement, promotions, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards in alignment with Hamleys’ brand image.
- Inventory Management: Support stock management processes including receiving shipments, conducting stock takes, and ensuring the sales floor is replenished and organized.
- Operational Duties: Assist in opening and closing the store, handling cash, and maintaining operational standards in accordance with company policies.
- Training & Development: Mentor and train new team members, sharing product knowledge and customer service techniques to ensure continuous improvement and team success.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- دعم الفريق: المساعدة في قيادة فريق من مساعدي المبيعات، وتقديم التوجيه والتحفيز وردود الفعل على الأداء لضمان مستويات عالية من خدمة العملاء وكفاءة المتجر.
- إشراك العملاء: التأكد من حصول العملاء على خدمة متميزة من خلال المساعدة في معرفة المنتج وتقديم التوصيات وحل أي مشكلات على الفور.
- دعم المبيعات: المساعدة في تعزيز أداء المبيعات من خلال وضع المنتج بشكل فعال والعروض الترويجية والحفاظ على معايير العرض المرئي العالية بما يتماشى مع صورة علامة Hamleys التجارية.
- إدارة المخزون: دعم عمليات إدارة المخزون بما في ذلك استلام الشحنات، وإجراء عمليات جرد المخزون، وضمان تجديد وتنظيم أرضية المبيعات.
- المهام التشغيلية: المساعدة في فتح وإغلاق المتجر، ومعالجة النقد، والحفاظ على المعايير التشغيلية وفقًا لسياسات الشركة.
- التدريب والتطوير: توجيه وتدريب أعضاء الفريق الجدد، ومشاركة معرفة المنتج وتقنيات خدمة العملاء لضمان التحسين المستمر ونجاح الفريق.
