درجة البكالوريوس.
خبرة سنة واحدة في وظيفة إدارية في مجال المبيعات، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول.
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (شفهياً وكتابياً).
معرفة استخدام الحاسوب.

الكفاءات مثل: المعرفة بعملية المبيعات؛ مهارات تواصل ممتازة ومهارات تحليلية قوية؛ مهارات التخطيط والتيسير؛ مهارات إدارة الأفراد؛ مهارات إدارة التغيير؛ مهارات شخصية قوية مع القدرة على التواصل والعمل مع مختلف المهنيين؛ منظم جيدًا ويلتزم بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة؛ منظم ولديه ميل للعمل مع الناس والأرقام.
العمل تحت الضغط.

دبلوم في أي تخصص.
خبرة سنتين في تخطيط الإمداد في بيئة لوجستية متعددة المنتجات (SKU) في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول (FMCG).
إتقان جيد للغة الإنجليزية، وإتقان اللغة العربية.
معرفة استخدام الحاسوب.
رخصة القيادة.

الكفاءات المطلوبة: معرفة جيدة بالعمل، واتجاهات المبيعات، والخدمات اللوجستية، والمنتجات، واستراتيجيات التسويق، والطاقة الإنتاجية، والمنافسة، إلخ. مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على بناء العلاقات. القدرة على تحليل المعلومات وتفسيرها. روح الفريق والعمل الجاد. دافعية ذاتية عالية. إلمام ممتاز بالحاسوب، وبرامج الجداول الإلكترونية، وأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP)، وأنظمة SAP وSARAS وMRP، وبرنامج Business Objects.
