Cost Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive Costing: Leading the hospital’s costing processes for all departments, clinical services, and surgical procedures.
Profitability Analysis: Overseeing cost allocation and absorption, conducting deep profitability analysis, and spearheading cost-control initiatives.
Strategic Pricing: Supporting executive pricing strategies, managing insurance tariffs, and calculating costs for healthcare packages.
Financial Oversight: Providing data-driven insights to optimize resource utilization across all medical and administrative wings.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience: A minimum of 6 years specifically in hospital or healthcare costing at a Senior level.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on experience with Hospital ERP or HIS (Hospital Information Systems).
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable financial strategies.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

تسعير الخدمات: قيادة عمليات حساب التكاليف لجميع أقسام المستشفى والخدمات الطبية والإجراءات الجراحية.
تحليل الربحية: الإشراف على توزيع التكاليف وامتصاصها، وإجراء تحليلات الربحية، وقيادة مبادرات ضبط التكاليف.
استراتيجيات التسعير: دعم استراتيجيات التسعير، وإدارة تعريفات التأمين، وحساب تكاليف الباقات العلاجية.
الرقابة المالية: تقديم رؤى تعتمد على البيانات لتحسين استغلال الموارد في جميع الأجنحة الطبية والإدارية.

المتطلبات

المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو التمويل.
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات حصراً في حساب تكاليف المستشفيات أو الرعاية الصحية في مستوى إداري أقدم (Senior level).
المهارات التقنية: إتقان متقدم لبرنامج Excel وخبرة عملية في استخدام أنظمة المستشفيات (HIS) أو أنظمة الـ ERP الطبية.
العقلية التحليلية: قدرة قوية على تفسير البيانات المالية المعقدة وتحويلها إلى استراتيجيات ناجحة.
