Responsibilities
Guest Experience: Greeting clients with elegance and professionalism, ensuring their visit begins with a warm and premium welcome.
Inquiry Management: Handling high-level telephone communications and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments with speed and accuracy.
Administrative Support: Managing showroom documentation, maintaining visitor logs, and supporting the sales team with essential administrative tasks.
Digital Proficiency: Utilizing computer applications to manage appointments, CRM data, and internal reporting.
Atmosphere Coordination: Ensuring the showroom environment remains pristine and aligned with our brand standards at all times.
Requirements
Experience: Proven background in Customer Service or Hospitality, ideally within a luxury or corporate environment.
Linguistic Skills: Exceptional Bilingual communication skills (English and Arabic).
Communication: Strong telephone etiquette and the ability to engage with diverse high-net-worth individuals.
Technical Skills: Proficient in standard computer applications (MS Office) and strong general administration skills.
Attributes: A positive, "can-do" attitude with a flexible, service-oriented mindset.
Appearance: Professional and presentable, reflecting the excellence of our automotive brands.

المسؤوليات
تجربة الضيوف: استقبال العملاء بلباقة واحترافية، وضمان بدء زيارتهم بترحيب راقٍ يليق بالعلامة التجارية.
إدارة الاستفسارات: التعامل مع المكالمات الهاتفية رفيعة المستوى وتوجيه الاستفسارات إلى الأقسام المعنية بسرعة ودقة.
الدعم الإداري: إدارة مستندات صالة العرض، وتحديث سجلات الزوار، ودعم فريق المبيعات بالمهام الإدارية الأساسية.
الإتقان الرقمي: استخدام تطبيقات الكمبيوتر لإدارة المواعيد، بيانات نظام الـ CRM، والتقارير الداخلية.
تنسيق الأجواء: ضمان بقاء بيئة صالة العرض في أبهى صورة وبما يتماشى مع معايير العلامة التجارية في جميع الأوقات.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خلفية مثبتة في خدمة العملاء أو الضيافة، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في بيئة فاخرة أو مؤسسية.
المهارات اللغوية: مهارات تواصل استثنائية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (بطلاقة).
التواصل: لباقة عالية في التحدث عبر الهاتف وقدرة على التعامل مع مختلف الشخصيات المرموقة.
المهارات التقنية: إتقان تطبيقات الكمبيوتر الأساسية (MS Office) وامتلاك مهارات إدارية قوية.
السمات الشخصية: عقلية إيجابية ومبادرة مع مرونة عالية في تقديم الخدمة.
المظهر: مظهر مهني لائق يعكس تميز وجودة علاماتنا التجارية للسيارات.
