Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies, manage social media campaigns, and build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries with professionalism and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through effective system management.
Photographer: Capture high-quality product and lifestyle imagery, manage studio lighting, and perform essential post-production editing to align with brand standards.
Collaboration: Work across departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience from first contact to final delivery.
Requirements
Sales & Marketing: Previous experience in the field, knowledge of digital marketing basics, a valid driving license, and full Arabic proficiency.
Customer Service: Proven background in service roles, computer literacy (including CRM/CS systems), and full Arabic proficiency.
Photographer: Practical experience in professional photography, mastery of lighting and composition, and proficiency in editing software.
Residency: All candidates must be currently living in Kuwait.

المصور: التقاط صور عالية الجودة للمنتجات، وإدارة إضاءة الاستوديو، وإجراء عمليات التحرير والمعالجة الأساسية بما يتماشى مع معايير العلامة التجارية.
التعاون: العمل مع الأقسام المختلفة لضمان اتساق رسالة العلامة التجارية وتقديم تجربة سلسة للعملاء من التواصل الأول وحتى التسليم النهائي.
المتطلبات
المبيعات والتسويق: خبرة سابقة في المجال، معرفة بأساسيات التسويق الرقمي، رخصة قيادة سارية، وإجادة تامة للغة العربية.
خدمة العملاء: خلفية مثبتة في أدوار الخدمة، إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي (بما في ذلك أنظمة خدمة العملاء)، وإجادة تامة للغة العربية.
المصور: خبرة عملية في التصوير الاحترافي، إتقان مهارات الإضاءة وتكوين الصورة، وإجادة برامج التعديل والتحرير.
الإقامة: يجب أن يكون جميع المتقدمين مقيمين حالياً داخل دولة الكويت.
