We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team to sell cars and value-adding services such as maintenance plans, warranties, etc., directly to customers.
- To be successful, you should be up-to-date with all the latest developments in the motor vehicle industry and have a passion for sales.
- You should be able to identify the needs of a customer, recognise their buying signals and close the deal, ensuring a great overall experience for our customers.
Key duties include:
- Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car.
- Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing potential customers with detailed information and comparisons.
- Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
- Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of future sales.
- Assisting customers through the purchase process.
- Maintaining customer data and recording sales and inventory.
- Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
- Assisting with the setup of showroom and promotional displays.
Skills and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Previous automotive sales experience, demonstrating knowledge and passion for automotive sales and a good understanding of the market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic).
- Excellent people skills and a professional attitude.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word & Excel), database management and/or record keeping.

نحن نبحث عن مدير مبيعات طموح يسعى لتحقيق النتائج للانضمام إلى فريقنا لبيع السيارات والخدمات ذات القيمة المضافة مثل خطط الصيانة والضمانات وما إلى ذلك مباشرة للعملاء.

- المساعدة في تجهيز صالة العرض والعروض الترويجية.
المهارات والمؤهلات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة سابقة في مبيعات السيارات، مما يدل على المعرفة والشغف بمبيعات السيارات وفهم جيد للسوق.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة شفهياً وكتابياً (الإنجليزية والعربية).
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وسلوك مهني.
- مهارات ممتازة في الاستماع الفعال والتفاوض والعرض.
- مهارات حاسوبية جيدة تشمل مجموعة برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (وخاصة وورد وإكسل)، وإدارة قواعد البيانات و/أو حفظ السجلات.
