Job Title
Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Manage and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting equipment.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults and implement immediate, high-standard repairs to ensure zero downtime for critical facilities.
Site Coordination: Lead on-site technical teams, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to engineering specifications.
Asset Management: Monitor equipment performance and manage spare parts inventory to ensure long-term system reliability.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in maintenance services.
Technical Skills: Proven hands-on expertise in mechanical maintenance and system diagnostics.
Logistics: Must possess a valid Kuwaiti driving license and have your own car.
Residency: Must hold a valid transferable residency (Article 18).
Location: Available for candidates currently inside Kuwait only.

Responsibilities
System Customization: Developing and tailoring Odoo and Zoho platforms to meet specific business requirements and operational workflows.

Infrastructure Management: Providing high-level support and administration for the company's IT infrastructure to maintain 100% uptime and security.

Requirements
Technical Stack: Proven expertise in Python (for Odoo), Deluge (for Zoho), PostgreSQL, and XML.
Experience: Strong background in developing, customizing, and integrating ERP systems.
