Job Roles Available
Drilling HSE Officer: Leading health, safety, and environmental compliance on a 3000 HP drilling rig.
Responsibilities
Implement and oversee comprehensive HSE management systems specifically designed for high-capacity drilling operations.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards on the 3000 HP rig.
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve safety protocols.
Facilitate safety meetings, drills, and training sessions to maintain a high level of emergency preparedness among the crew.
Ensure all drilling activities strictly adhere to KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) standards and international safety regulations.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of dedicated HSE experience specifically within drilling operations.
Technical Expertise: Proven experience working on 3000 HP rigs is highly preferred.
Certifications: Must possess a valid NEBOSH certification.
Approvals: Candidates must be KOC approved to be considered for this role.
Hiring Type: This position is for local hires within Kuwait only.

قيادة التحقيقات في الحوادث وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية لمنع تكرارها وتحسين بروتوكولات السلامة.
تيسير اجتماعات السلامة، والتدريبات، والدورات التدريبية للحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من التأهب للطوارئ بين أفراد الطاقم.
ضمان التزام جميع أنشطة الحفر بصرامة بمعايير شركة نفط الكويت (KOC) والممارسات الدولية للسلامة.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وتحديداً في عمليات الحفر.
الخبرة الفنية: خبرة مثبتة في العمل على منصات حفر بقوة 3000 حصان (يفضل بشدة).
الشهادات: يجب الحصول على شهادة NEBOSH سارية المفعول.
الاعتمادات: يجب أن يكون المرشح معتمداً من قبل شركة نفط الكويت (KOC Approved).
نوع التوظيف: الوظيفة متاحة للتوظيف المحلي داخل الكويت فقط.
