We are currently hiring for the following specialized roles:
Plumber: Must possess a mandatory professional license.
HVAC Technician: Skilled in maintenance and installation.
Air Balance Technician: Expert in airflow optimization and system testing.
Housing Engineer: Professional background in HVAC systems is essential.
Procurement Officer: Previous experience within a GTC (General Trading & Contracting) company is required.
Responsibilities
Execute high-quality installations and maintenance of plumbing and HVAC systems according to industry standards.
Conduct precise air balancing tests to ensure optimal climate control and energy efficiency.
Manage housing engineering tasks, focusing on HVAC integration and infrastructure integrity.
Oversee procurement processes, sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships for large-scale contracting projects.
Ensure all technical works comply with Kuwait’s safety regulations and project specifications.
Requirements
Residency Status: Must hold a Transferable Residency (Visa 18 – Ahli).
Identification: Must have a valid Civil ID and a valid Passport.
Availability: Must be able to join the team within a maximum of 3 months.
Experience: Previous experience within the Kuwait market is highly preferred.
Specific Qualifications: Mandatory licenses for plumbers and HVAC backgrounds for engineering roles.

مهندس إسكان (Housing Engineer): خلفية مهنية في أنظمة HVAC ضرورية جداً.
مسؤول مشتريات (Procurement Officer): يشترط خبرة سابقة في شركات التجارة العامة والمقاولات (GTC).
المسؤوليات
تنفيذ تركيبات وصيانة عالية الجودة لأنظمة السباكة والتكييف وفقاً لمعايير الصناعة.
إجراء اختبارات دقيقة لموازنة الهواء لضمان التحكم الأمثل في المناخ وكفاءة الطاقة.
إدارة مهام هندسة الإسكان، مع التركيز على تكامل أنظمة HVAC وسلامة البنية التحتية.
الإشراف على عمليات الشراء وتوريد المواد وإدارة العلاقات مع الموردين لمشاريع المقاولات الكبرى.
التأكد من مطابقة جميع الأعمال الفنية للوائح السلامة في الكويت ومواصفات المشروع.
المتطلبات
حالة الإقامة: يجب حمل إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18 - أهلي).
الهوية: يجب توفر بطاقة مدنية صالحة وجواز سفر ساري المفعول.
الاستعداد: القدرة على الانضمام للعمل خلال مدة أقصاها 3 أشهر.
الخبرة: يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة داخل السوق الكويتي.
مؤهلات محددة: تراخيص إجبارية للسباكين وخلفية في التكييف للأدوار الهندسية.
