Inventory & Accounts Manager – Excel Expert / Next ERP Systems
We are seeking an experienced Inventory and Accounts Manager with strong expertise in Next ERP Systems and advanced Excel. The candidate will manage inventory, product costing, bills of material, and accounts-related data with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory and stock movement using Next ERP
Create, update, and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system
Monitor raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory
Calculate and control product costing, including material, labor, and overhead costs
Track purchases, sales, stock adjustments, and transfers
Ensure accurate posting of invoices, payments, and inventory transactions
Generate inventory and accounts reports for management review
Reconcile stock records between physical inventory and system data
Coordinate with production, sales, and purchasing teams
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience working with Next ERP Systems or other related ERP

إنشاء وتحديث وصيانة فواتير المواد (BOM) في النظام
متابعة مخزون المواد الخام، الأعمال الجارية، والمنتجات النهائية
حساب ومراقبة تكاليف المنتجات، بما في ذلك المواد والعمل والتكاليف العامة
متابعة المشتريات والمبيعات وتعديلات المخزون والتحويلات
التأكد من تسجيل الفواتير والمدفوعات وحركات المخزون بدقة
إعداد تقارير المخزون والحسابات لمراجعة الإدارة
مطابقة سجلات المخزون بين الجرد الفعلي وبيانات النظام
التنسيق مع فرق الإنتاج والمبيعات والمشتريات
المتطلبات والمهارات:
خبرة مثبتة في العمل على نظام Next ERP أو أنظمة ERP مشابهة
