Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of scaffolding crews to ensure operational efficiency.
Oversee the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures according to project blueprints.
Conduct rigorous safety inspections and ensure all scaffolding meets strict industrial and regulatory standards.
Liaise with project managers and clients to ensure site requirements are met within designated timelines.
Monitor equipment inventory and ensure all scaffolding materials are maintained in prime condition.
Requirements
Education: Must hold a formal Diploma in a relevant technical or engineering field.
Certifications: Mandatory KOC, KNPC, or KIPIC approval (Active/Valid).

Experience: Proven track record in supervising large-scale industrial scaffolding projects.

المسؤوليات
الإشراف وتنسيق الأنشطة اليومية لطواقم السقالات لضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية.
مراقبة عمليات التركيب والتعديل والتفكيك الآمن لهياكل السقالات وفقاً لمخططات المشروع.
إجراء عمليات تفتيش صارمة للسلامة وضمان تلبية جميع السقالات للمعايير الصناعية والتنظيمية الصارمة.
التواصل مع مديري المشاريع والعملاء لضمان تلبية متطلبات الموقع ضمن الجداول الزمنية المحددة.
مراقبة مخزون المعدات والتأكد من صيانة جميع مواد السقالات في حالة ممتازة.
المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على دبلوم رسمي في مجال فني أو هندسي ذي صلة.
الاعتمادات: حصول إلزامي على اعتماد KOC أو KNPC أو KIPIC (ساري المفعول).
التوفر: يجب أن يكون المتقدم متاحاً للتعيين الفوري والبدء بالعمل.
الخبرة: سجل حافل في الإشراف على مشاريع السقالات الصناعية واسعة النطاق.
