Logistics / Procurement Officer – Construction & Interior Design Company
We are looking for a Logistics / Procurement Officer to join our team.
Location: Kuwait
Job Responsibilities:
Manage procurement of materials for construction and interior projects
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for pricing, availability, and delivery
Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
Coordinate logistics, transportation, and site deliveries
Ensure materials meet project specifications and timelines
Maintain procurement records and documentation
Coordinate with project, finance, and operations teams
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Age 21 years and above
Experience in logistics or procurement is preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

التأكد من مطابقة المواد لمواصفات المشروع والجداول الزمنية
الحفاظ على سجلات ومستندات المشتريات
التنسيق مع فرق المشروع والمالية والعمليات
المتطلبات:
للإناث فقط
العمر: 21 سنة فأكثر
خبرة في اللوجستيات أو المشتريات مفضلة
مهارات تواصل وتفاوض جيدة
منظمة، دقيقة، وقادرة على العمل تحت الضغط
