Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the LED lighting and construction markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and developers.
Conduct professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase lighting solutions.
Negotiate contracts and closing deals to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technical advancements in LED technology.
Provide after-sales support to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Requirements
Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience specifically in LED Lighting or Construction Materials.
Mobility: Must possess a Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with a strong command of professional communication.
Location: Only candidates currently residing in Kuwait will be considered for this role.
Education: Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is preferred.

تقديم عروض تقديمية احترافية وشروحات عملية للمنتجات لإبراز حلول الإضاءة المتاحة.
التفاوض على العقود وإتمام الصفقات لتحقيق وتجاوز مستهدفات المبيعات الشهرية.
البقاء على اطلاع دائم باتجاهات الصناعة، تحركات المنافسين، والتطورات التقنية في مجال الـ LED.
تقديم دعم ما بعد البيع لضمان أقصى درجات رضا العملاء والولاء للعلامة التجارية.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة مبيعات مثبتة تتراوح من 2 إلى 5 سنوات، تحديداً في مجال إضاءة LED أو مواد البناء.
التنقل: يجب حيازة رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول.
التواصل: مهارات تفاوض وتواصل استثنائية مع قدرة عالية على الإقناع المهني.
الموقع: يشترط في المتقدم أن يكون مقيماً حالياً داخل دولة الكويت.
المهارات: القدرة على العمل الميداني والتعامل مع المشاريع الإنشائية الكبرى.
