FINANCE MANAGER
- Oversee all financial operations and accounting processes.

Customer Relations: Resolving inquiries and feedback with a professional, problem-solving approach to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Event Coordination: Planning and executing high-profile kids' parties and seasonal events, managing everything from logistics to guest experience.
Administrative Oversight: Managing staff schedules, inventory, and branch reporting to ensure seamless business continuity.
Requirements
Professional Background: Preferred experience in the Entertainment or Kids’ Care sectors.
Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
Skills: Exceptional leadership, team building, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Operational Capability: Proven ability to handle high-volume operations, diverse staff, and complex events.
Location & Status: Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable residency (Article 18).

المتطلبات
الخلفية المهنية: يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في قطاع الترفيه أو رعاية الأطفال.
الخبرة القيادية: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور إشرافي أو إداري.
المهارات: قدرات استثنائية في القيادة، بناء الفرق، وحل النزاعات.
القدرة التشغيلية: قدرة مثبتة على إدارة العمليات الكبيرة، وأطقم العمل المتنوعة، والفعاليات المعقدة.
الموقع والحالة: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً داخل الكويت ويحمل إقامة قابلة للتحويل.
