Requirements
Orthodontist: Must be a Licensed Orthodontist with valid MOH Kuwait approval. Expertise in braces, aligners, and modern treatments is essential.
Nurses: Must have an MOH license or have passed the Prometric exam. Qudra registration and an NOC from the current employer are mandatory.
Nationality: Indian nationality is preferred (other nationalities are welcome to apply).
Availability: Immediate joining is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Patient-focused, warm, and approachable demeanor.
Responsibilities
Orthodontist: Diagnosing dental misalignments, designing treatment plans for braces and aligners, and monitoring patient progress toward a perfect smile.
Nurses: Providing high-quality clinical support, assisting doctors during procedures, managing sterilization, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

المتطلبات
أخصائي تقويم الأسنان: يجب أن يكون مرخصاً مع اعتماد وزارة الصحة الكويتية (MOH). الخبرة في التقويم التقليدي والشفاف والعلاجات الحديثة ضرورية.
الهيئة التمريضية: يجب امتلاك ترخيص وزارة الصحة أو اجتياز اختبار البروميتريك. التسجيل في نظام "قدرة" ووجود لا ممانعة (NOC) من صاحب العمل الحالي متطلبات إلزامية.
الجنسية: يفضل الجنسية الهندية (ويسمح للجنسيات الأخرى بالتقديم).
الجاهزية: يفضل من لديهم القدرة على الالتحاق بالعمل فوراً.
المهارات الشخصية: التركيز على مصلحة المريض، والتمتع بأسلوب لبق وودود.
المسؤوليات
أخصائي تقويم الأسنان: تشخيص سوء إطباق الأسنان، تصميم خطط العلاج للتقويم بأنواعه، ومتابعة تقدم المرضى للوصول إلى النتيجة المثالية.
التمريض: تقديم دعم سريري عالي الجودة، مساعدة الأطباء أثناء الإجراءات الطبية، إدارة التعقيم، وضمان راحة وسلامة المرضى.
