Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Providing comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care for obstetric and gynecological cases.
- Clinical Excellence: Conducting routine check-ups, managing high-risk pregnancies, and performing gynecological procedures.
- Diagnostic Accuracy: Interpreting medical tests and ultrasound results to develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the medical and nursing teams to ensure the highest patient safety and satisfaction standards.
Requirements
- Gender: Female candidate (as per patient preference and hospital requirements).
- Education: Must hold a Master’s Degree in Obstetrics & Gynecology and an MBBS.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of total clinical experience, including at least one year of post-Master’s experience.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Kuwait medical license or have a Prometric passed certification in Kuwait.

المسؤوليات
- رعاية المرضى: تقديم رعاية شاملة لحالات أمراض النساء والولادة في العيادات الخارجية والأجنحة الداخلية.
- التميز السريري: إجراء الفحوصات الروتينية، وإدارة حالات الحمل عالية الخطورة، والقيام بالعمليات الجراحية النسائية.
- دقة التشخيص: تفسير الفحوصات الطبية ونتائج السونار لوضع خطط علاجية فعالة.
- التعاون الطبي: العمل الوثيق مع الفرق الطبية والتمريضية لضمان أعلى معايير سلامة المرضى ورضاهم.
المتطلبات
- الجنس: أنثى (بناءً على تفضيلات المرضى ومتطلبات المستشفى).
- المؤهل العلمي: يجب الحصول على درجة الماجستير في أمراض النساء والولادة بالإضافة إلى شهادة MBBS.
- الخبرة: خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات إجمالاً، تتضمن سنة واحدة على الأقل بعد الحصول على الماجستير.
- الترخيص: يجب حمل ترخيص طبي كويتي سارٍ أو شهادة اجتياز اختبار برومتريك (Prometric) في الكويت.
- السمات: معايير أخلاقية عالية، مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع المرضى، وتفانٍ مهني.
