الإشراف على طاقم التمريض، وإدارة الجداول، وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الطبية (لمشرفة التمريض).
تقديم الرعاية التمريضية العامة، ومراقبة العلامات الحيوية، ومساعدة المرضى في احتياجاتهم الطبية اليومية.

المتطلبات
ترخيص مهني ساري المفعول أو قابلية للحصول على ترخيص مزاولة المهنة في الكويت.
خبرة مثبتة في المجال التخصصي (يشترط خبرة عالية لمنصب المشرفة).

المرونة في إجراء الزيارات المنزلية في مواقع مختلفة.
