Call Center Agents
Our client is A leading Catering company in Kuwait seeking experienced & talented caliber to join the company.
Position required:
Call Center Agents (Males)
Main requirements:
• Bachelor degree is a must.
• Minimum 2-4 years' experience in customer service.
• Previous experience in a catering company is preferable.
• Adept computer skills to deal with ERP, Google Docs and Avaya telephone systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English and conversational in Arabic.
Job description:
• Manage large amounts of calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication scats to seize upsetting and crossing selling opportunities.
• Engaging with customers and diffuse and rectify complaints.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers and outlet supervisors for orders.
