Job Description
Position: Secretary (Commercial Department)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assists Commercial Manager as and when required.
• Managing daily incoming and outgoing mails.
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
• Manage the meetings (daily/weekly/monthly agendas) and arrange new meetings and appointments.
• Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
• Keeping the records of the all tender/ procurement documents and Invoices.
• Assists in preparation of tender / procurement documents and Invoices.
• Updating the tender log.
Requirement:
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Arabic Language is compulsory on reading and writing.
• Proven work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant in Commercial Department.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Well knowledge of Platanus system
• High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in same field.
• Bachelor Degree.
