Job title:
- We are a leading company in the field of meat products based in Kuwait. We are looking for a customer service representative who is passionate about his work. He has a strong background in using Odoo ERP such as Odoo applications for (purchases, sales, points of sale, inventory, e-commerce, accounting)
- You will be responsible for communicating with our customers in Arabic and English to help them browse our various products, and also solve problems with their orders and listen to their complaints with care and attention.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and live chat, taking care to speak in a polite and appropriate tone.
