- Sales Fresh Food Sales Specialist
Job Summary:
- The Fresh Food Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and marketing fresh food products to customers in cooperatives and central markets.
- Their primary responsibility is to increase sales and achieve specified sales targets, in addition to providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing and promoting fresh food products to customers in cooperatives and central markets.
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through the development of effective sales strategies.
- Analyzing customer needs and providing the right solutions to meet those needs with fresh food products.
- Expanding the customer network by seeking new opportunities and maintaining continuous communication with potential customers.
- Managing existing customer relationships and providing support and assistance to meet their requirements.
- Providing regular reports on sales performance, analyzing trends, and providing recommendations for performance improvement.
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring the availability of appropriate quantities of products according to customer requests.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in fresh food sales, with a strong understanding of cooperatives and central market operations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade customers and close deals.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve specified goals.
- Analytical skills and a good knowledge of marketing techniques.
- Good knowledge of fresh food products and their specifications.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and achieving customer satisfaction.
Education and Training:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as marketing, business administration, or commerce) preferred but not required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent command on English language.
- Experience in similar roles for 5 years
- Ability to self-organize, work autonomously.
- Residency 18
- Have driver license & car
