Urgently required for a major company in Kuwait Shipping Coordinator (recruitment from inside Kuwait)
We are looking for an organized shipping coordinator to be responsible for contacting couriers to provide them with shipping information.
The Shipping Coordinator is also responsible for negotiating courier fees on behalf of customers and tracking shipments.
The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and monitoring the storage and distribution of goods.
The Coordinator will coordinate the shipping of products and manage all necessary shipping and receiving documentation for domestic and international shipments.
The coordinator will provide excellent customer service to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Shipping Coordinator Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers and shippers and resolve any complaints.
Preparing shipping quotes for customers.
Negotiate shipping fees with couriers.
Preparing sales reports for senior management.
Maintain an accurate record of shipment information.
Shipping Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications.
University degree in Business Administration, Logistics or any other related field.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong shipping, receiving, and inventory control skills.
Experience in handling export procedures, if necessary.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a similar role is a plus.
