**Position**: Company Manager, Home Care Nursing Services
**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the provision of home nursing services, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to all clients.
2. Manage and coordinate the scheduling of nurses for 12-hour and 24-hour shifts.
3. Ensure the services cater to a wide range of needs, including elderly care, special needs care, postpartum care, neonatal care, and critical care.
4. Supervise the arrangement of home visits for various treatments like injections, monitoring, IV drips, wound care, and physiotherapy.
5. Monitor and assess the performance of nursing staff to ensure adherence to company standards and protocols.
6. Liaise with clients to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with medical professionals and stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of services.
8. Manage any grievances or issues related to client care, ensuring timely resolution.
9. Oversee the training and professional development of nursing staff.
10. Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in managing healthcare or nursing services.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
**Reports to**: CEO/Board of Directors
**Direct Reports**: Nursing staff, administrative staff, and other relevant personnel.
