- تأكد من إدخال المعلومات الدقيقة والصحيحة في نظام الرواتب.
- حل المشكلات اليومية والتوجيه
- إدارة وصيانة بيانات الموظفين لضمان دقة دفع الرواتب والأجور
- إدارة عملية دفع رواتب الموظفين من البداية إلى النهاية، وضمان دقة وتوقيت المدفوعات.
- حساب ومعالجة الخصومات، بما في ذلك الضمان الاجتماعي.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق الرواتب للتأكد من دقة البيانات والامتثال للسياسات واللوائح الداخلية.
- مراجعة والتحقق من صحة مدخلات الرواتب، بما في ذلك الرواتب والمزايا والمخصصات والخصومات.
- صيانة ومعالجة مدفوعات العمل الإضافي والمدفوعات الأسبوعية خارج الدورة.

متطلبات المرشح
- يجب أن يكون حاصلًا على درجة جامعية في المحاسبة / التجارة ويظهر معرفة جيدة بالمحاسبة ذات الصلة
- - 3- 5 سنوات خبرة في العمل كمحاسب أو محاسب أول، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في بيئة متعددة الجنسيات.
- - معرفة جيدة بالمحاسبة والضوابط الداخلية.
- عقلية تحليلية مع مهارات جيدة في حل المشكلات والعرض.
- الكفاءة في استخدام برامج MS Office مع المعرفة العملية بأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP)
- التوجه القوي للفريق
- مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية، ومعرفة اللغة العربية ستكون ميزة إضافية

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة لفهم متطلبات العمل وترجمتها إلى مواصفات فنية.
- توفير الدعم الفني من المستوى الأول لمشاكل التطبيق الحالية
- المشاركة في مشاريع تكنولوجيا المعلومات من البداية حتى الانتهاء، بما في ذلك التخطيط والتنفيذ والمراجعة والدعم بعد التنفيذ.
- توفير التدريب للمستخدمين النهائيين على الأنظمة الجديدة والبرامج وأفضل الممارسات.
- التواصل مع البائعين الخارجيين ومقدمي الخدمات للتأكد من أن التطبيقات والخدمات تلبي احتياجات المنظمة والاستجابة في الوقت المناسب لحل المشكلات.
- التواصل المنتظم مع رجال الأعمال والتوافق مع احتياجاتهم ومتطلباتهم.
