Responsibilities:

- Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

- Present sales revenue, expense reports, and forecasts to management.
- Stay updated on emerging markets, new products, and competition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cleaning product sales.
- Valid driver’s license and own a car.
- Bilingual (Preferable).

- تحقيق النمو والأهداف البيعية من خلال إدارة فريق المبيعات.
- تصميم وتنفيذ خطة عمل استراتيجية لتوسيع قاعدة العملاء.
- توظيف وتحديد الأهداف، تدريب، ومراقبة أداء مندوبي المبيعات.
- بناء علاقات عمل طويلة الأمد مع العملاء من خلال فهم احتياجاتهم.
- تقديم تقارير الإيرادات والمصروفات وتوقعات المبيعات للإدارة.
- متابعة الأسواق الناشئة، المنتجات الجديدة، ووضع المنافسة.
المؤهلات:
- درجة بكاليروس في إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في بيع منتجات التنظيف.
- رخصة قيادة سارية وامتلاك سيارة.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (يفضل).
