Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- You will be the first point of contact for BOMAG's dealers and end customers in the MENA region on all technical topics.
- You will develop solutions according to specific local, customer, and/or dealer requirements on-site, considering the respective technical and organizational framework.
- You will present application possibilities and functionalities regarding our machines, aggregates, spare parts, and services to customers.
- You will develop sales opportunities for new assemblies, systems, and spare parts on-site in cooperation with dealerships.
- You will provide logistics and technical support to regional dealership service operations in the event of technical problems (product information, warranty, goodwill agreements, spare parts purchasing, etc.).

- ستعمل على تطوير حلول وفقًا للمتطلبات المحلية والعملاء و/أو التاجر المحددة في الموقع، مع مراعاة الإطار الفني والتنظيمي ذي الصلة.
- ستقوم بعرض إمكانيات التطبيق والوظائف المتعلقة بآلاتنا ومجموعاتنا وقطع الغيار والخدمات للعملاء.
- ستعمل على تطوير فرص المبيعات للتجمعات والأنظمة وقطع الغيار الجديدة في الموقع بالتعاون مع الوكلاء.
