Sr. Analyst - Investor Relations
Job Description
Job Brief:
Responsible for carrying out operational and tactical IR activities. Serve as a point of contact with buy and sell-side analysts and investors. Involvement with institutional investors and assist in analysis of the company share register to highlight major regional shifts and track active funds.
Your Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact with buy and sell side analysts and investors
Assist in analysis of sell side financial models and assess broker reports / market opinion on the company and the industry and use this information towards making recommendations and formulating the IR and business strategy
Act as a POC for shareholders inquiries
Understands local compliance regulations for listed companies and is familiar with applicable corporate governance requirements
Assist with preparing corporate presentations and any IR communication materials with investors
Prepare quarterly financial releases
Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls
Assist in duct research and analysis of peers , sectors and markets
Monitor market performance and undertake feedback & perception studies
Assist with analysis of capital markets data
Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business
Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines
Skills
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in one of four disciplines: economics, business administration, finance or accounting
MBA an advantage
Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience, preferably in an investment firm
Background in valuation and modelling

ملخص الوظيفة:
- مسؤول عن تنفيذ أنشطة الأشعة تحت الحمراء التشغيلية والتكتيكية. العمل كنقطة اتصال مع المحللين والمستثمرين في جانب الشراء والبيع. المشاركة مع المستثمرين المؤسسيين والمساعدة في تحليل سجل أسهم الشركة لتسليط الضوء على التحولات الإقليمية الرئيسية وتتبع الصناديق النشطة.
مسؤولياتك:
نقطة الاتصال الأساسية مع المحللين والمستثمرين في جانب الشراء والبيع
المساعدة في تحليل النماذج المالية لجانب البيع وتقييم تقارير الوسيط / رأي السوق حول الشركة والصناعة واستخدام هذه المعلومات في تقديم التوصيات وصياغة استراتيجية علاقات المستثمرين والأعمال.
العمل كنقطة إثبات (POC) لاستفسارات المساهمين
فهم لوائح الامتثال المحلية للشركات المدرجة وعلى دراية بمتطلبات حوكمة الشركات المعمول بها
المساعدة في إعداد العروض التقديمية للشركات وأي مواد تواصل مع المستثمرين
إعداد البيانات المالية الربع سنوية
- مسؤول عن الإشراف على وإدارة الأرباح ربع السنوية والمكالمات الجماعية
المساعدة في أبحاث القناة وتحليل الأقران والقطاعات والأسواق
مراقبة أداء السوق وإجراء دراسات التعليقات والتصورات
المساعدة في تحليل بيانات أسواق رأس المال
تحليل وتقديم الاتجاهات المالية وسلوك المنافسين وقضايا المساهمين وأي شيء آخر يمكن أن يؤثر على الأعمال
يجب أن يكون قادرًا على الأداء في بيئة عالية الضغط، وأن يكون قادرًا على الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة
مهارات
مؤهلاتك
درجة البكالوريوس من جامعة مرموقة في أحد التخصصات الأربعة: الاقتصاد أو إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو المحاسبة
ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال ميزة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2 إلى 5 سنوات، ويفضل أن تكون في شركة استثمار
