Job Overview
Responsible for generating sales of parts and service and achieving sales targets whilst maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving individual sales targets (Parts sales by major class, CSAs, service repairs, oil, SOS, etc.)
Execute agreed business plan, to ensure the company achieves its sales and market share targets.
Develop a good knowledge of customers’ needs and buying behaviors to support customers and provide the appropriate solution.
Attend to customer concerns/ problems and insure that are resolved amicably, in timely and professional manner.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all customers
Provide timely, professional and accurate advise to customers on service program, parts availability and any related improvement or promotion.
