About the job
We are looking for an Area Manager who will be responsible for leading and directing the outlets within a specific area and provide required guidance and support as well as ensuring their compliance with the health and safety regulations and standards in order to increase sales revenue, customer’s base and market share, and achieve the targeted results and expansion plans.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in developing the annual budget of the assigned outlets and ensure all employees are working within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities.
Monitor the financial performance of the assigned outlets on regular basis (Weekly, monthly and quarterly) through reviewing different reports including: Daily sales activity, discounts …etc. to ensure adherence to the set budgets, meet sales targets and achieve targeted financial results.
Ensure that cash management activities across all the assigned outlets are performed in compliance with Policies and Procedures.
Consolidate the assigned outlets combined expenses plan and perform necessary evaluation of the same to ensure driving efficient and profitable operations in line with the set budget and financial targets.
Ensure the proper implementation of the Confectioneries Department’s policies and processes in order to achieve the desired objectives.
Communicate each brand-specific requirements (Systems, procedures, programs, standards, etc.) to the concerned personnel.
Work with the assigned outlet managers to identify different market opportunities in an effort to increase customer base and market share.
Provide the assigned outlets Managers with the required guidance to develop extraordinary leaders that work towards achieving the brands growth and expansion targets.

الأدوار والمسؤوليات:
المساعدة في تطوير الميزانية السنوية للمنافذ المخصصة والتأكد من أن جميع الموظفين يعملون ضمن الميزانية المخصصة من خلال تحديد الأهداف والمسؤوليات المطلوبة.
