Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering with Nebosh, Iosh, and Osha certificates

Experience Oil and Gas projects: The candidate should have a strong background in working on projects within the scope of oil and gas companies in gulf . This includes familiarity with the company's processes, standards, and project management methodologies.
Key person CV arrangement: The candidate should possess expertise in organizing and structuring resumes/CVs for key personnel involved in the projects. They should be able to highlight relevant skills, experiences, and qualifications effectively.
Equipment and personnel histogram: Proficiency in creating equipment and personnel histograms.
Proposal preparation: The candidate should have a track record of preparing well-structured and comprehensive project proposals and has good experience to record and write the minutes of meetings.
Project documentation: Strong documentation skills are crucial for this role. The candidate should be capable of effectively managing project documentation throughout its lifecycle. This includes creating, organizing and reviewing project-related documents, such as letters, project plans, reports, contracts, and other relevant materials.
Attention to detail: A meticulous approach to work is necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness in arranging CVs, histograms, proposals, and project documents. The candidate should demonstrate a keen eye for detail and possess excellent organizational and time-management skills.
