RESTAURANT STORE MANAGER
Description Store Manager
Ø Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House Store operations
Ø Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Ø Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Ø Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
Ø Organize and supervise shifts
Ø Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Ø Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
Ø Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Ø Manage store good image and suggest ways to improve it
Ø Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
Ø Lead the team from the front
Ø Problem solving abilities
Ø Taking right decisions based on customer complaint and staff
Ø Being responsible for the whole operations of the store
Ø To check the safety of the staff as well as the customers
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: KD400.000 - KD500.000 per month

Experience:
Restaurant managment: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
English (Preferred)
BARISTA
Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages.
Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment.
Cleaning service and seating areas.
Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.
Servicing customers and taking orders.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: KD250.000 - KD300.000 per month
