Compliance Officer
We are looking for a compliance officer to ensure that our business operations are follow all legal and internal guidelines. Candidates must be familiar with risk management and the standards of the Central Bank of Kuwait. Candidates must be currently located in Kuwait.
Responsibilities
Development and implementation of an effective legal compliance program.
Ensure company policy is being always followed.
Advise management on the company’s compliance laws.
Assess company operations to determine compliance risks.
Remain up to date on the Central Bank of Kuwait’s policies that relate to the company.
Collaborate with external auditors when needed.
Qualifications
MUST BE CURRENTLY IN KUWAIT.
1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE as a compliance officer or risk management officer.
Fluency in Arabic.
Fluency in English.
Professional compliance certification by the Central Bank of Kuwait.
Knowledge of legal requirements and controls (AML).
