الوصف الوظيفي
مسؤول عن استكمال إجراءات الإقامة مثل الفحص الطبي وبصمات الأصابع والتأمين الطبي لجميع الموظفين الجدد في الشركة في الوقت المناسب.
إعداد ومعالجة كل من الطلبات اليدوية وعبر الإنترنت المتعلقة بتصاريح العمل وتأشيرات الموظفين وما إلى ذلك في مكتب الشؤون الاجتماعية ، وكذلك إعداد الطلبات عبر الإنترنت للهجرة وفقًا للقوانين واللوائح الكويتية.

المهارات
يجب أن يكون متخرجًا في أي دورة مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمندوب (PRO) في الكويت.
مهارات اتصال ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية ، شفهيًا وكتابيًا. أن تكون قادرًا على ترجمة وتفسير المستندات من الإنجليزية إلى العربية والعكس.
مهارات جيدة في استخدام الكمبيوتر والإتقان في تطبيقات MS Office (Word و Excel و Outlook)
الالتزام تجاه صاحب العمل بمستوى عالٍ من النزاهة والمصداقية.
القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة بفعالية وكفاءة

Job Description
Responsible for timely completion of residency formalities such as medical examination, fingerprinting, and medical insurance for all new employees of the company.
Prepare and process both manual and online applications related to work permits, employee visas, etc. at the Office of Social Affairs, as well as prepare online applications for immigration in accordance with Kuwaiti laws and regulations.
Processing applications for obtaining a visa for workers (work visa, family visa, work in the Ministry of Labor).
Keep records for employees to obtain visas, passports, civil cards, and other important documents
Follow up on timely residence renewal
Embassies’ work, Traffic Department’s work, Municipality’s work, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Environment, Airport security work and Passport Administration, General Directorate of Defense.
Responsible for delivering or collecting checks to various banks and obtaining returns.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by your boss.

Must be a graduate in any course with minimum 5 years experience as a Representative (PRO) in Kuwait.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbally and in writing. Be able to translate and interpret documents from English into Arabic and vice versa.
Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Commitment to the employer with a high level of integrity and credibility.
Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
Must have excellent knowledge of all Kuwaiti immigration processes and labor laws and be able to work independently on time.
Must have a transferable visa.
With a valid Kuwaiti driving license and your own car is an added advantage.
