Delivery Supervisor Urgently Needed
We are a well know fitness brand in Kuwait and our F&B division is looking for a Fleet or Delivery Supervisor to join our team immediately.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English and Arabic language.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the delivery field
- Previous experience in fleet, Delivery or logistics is preferred.
- Managing and delivering customer membership food boxes.
Food Quality Control Officer
We are looking for a Food Quality Control Officer who can develop plans and procedures for testing food quality. He/She maintains standards by verifying tests and audits comply with food safety regulations and requirements. He/She develops standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with the regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMPs). He/She also develops regulatory requirements and guidelines in food safety management and control, such as ISO standards and Hazards and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system.
Reception & Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with a product or service of the company. He will be responsible for answering phone calls, addressing customers’ questions about products and services, and processing payments or returns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Assist customers in finding their way around the Gym. Maintains a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the company and its brand at all times
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Manage incoming phone calls on the reception
Barista Needed Immediately
We are looking for a Barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of juices, coffee and tea. He/she should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates. You should also be able to work various shifts.
Responsibilities
Greet customers as they enter and give them the cafe menus
Take orders while paying attention to details
Prepare beverages following the company maintained recipes
Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries etc
Receive and process payments (cash and cards)
Check if all the equipment’s operates properly and report any maintenance needs
Comply with health and safety regulations
Keep the working area always clean and tidy
