فهم ممتاز وخبرة واسعة في عمليات ومبادئ إدارة المشتريات والعقود بدءًا من إعداد وإصدار قوائم مقدمي العطاءات وخطط التعاقد وإعداد حزمة دعوة العطاءات وحتى منح العقود وإدارتها وإغلاقها؛

· فهم قوي للمتطلبات الإجرائية وضرورة توفير مسار التدقيق لأغراض الإدارة. و

سيكون لديك ما لا يقل عن خمس (5) سنوات من الخبرة العملية في التعيين / التخصص ذي الصلة داخل إحدى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي المشار إليها هنا هي: دولة الكويت، مملكة البحرين، المملكة العربية السعودية، سلطنة عمان، دولة قطر، والإمارات العربية المتحدة.

يجب أن تكون لديك خبرة عملية في العمل ضمن مشاريع PMC في الصناعات المذكورة أعلاه.

سيكون لديك خبرة في العمل مع الأدوات الهندسية المتقدمة وأنظمة البيانات وغيرها من البرامج المكتبية العامة / الهندسية التي سيتم إعطاؤها الأفضلية الأولى.

سيكون لديك القدرة على التفاعل بفعالية مع الأشخاص من جميع الجنسيات والثقافات أثناء استخدام لغة لفظية ومكتوبة واضحة وطلاقة ومعبرة لنقل المعلومات والأفكار. فرد يتمتع بمهارات تواصل وتعامل مع الأشخاص ممتازة، ومطور بارع للعلاقات على أساس مستدام وطويل الأجل.

• أخصائي رئيسي في الذخائر غير المنفجرة / التخلص من الذخائر المتفجرة (أخصائي بيئي أول)

المهارات / الخبرة الأساسية

· يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة في تحديد المخاطر البيئية وتقييم المخاطر.

· ينبغي أن يكون على دراية بالضوابط الهندسية والتنظيمية اللازمة لمنع الإضرار بالبيئة

· ينبغي أن يكون لديك خبرة في القضايا البيئية في تصميم أو بناء أو تشغيل منشآت النفط والغاز، بما في ذلك التعامل مع تصاريح المصانع والمرافق ومعالجة المياه ومعالجة مياه الصرف الصحي والبتروكيماويات وإنتاج حقول النفط وما يتصل بها من عمليات التخلص الخطرة.

· يجب أن يكون قادرًا على المساعدة / إعداد تقييم الأثر البيئي والرقابة البيئية للمشاريع وضمان الامتثال خلال جميع مراحل المشروع

• الحد الأدنى من سنوات الخبرة مع برامج التشغيل الآلي للتخصص.

• الحد الأدنى من سنوات الخبرة مع WorleyParsons في منصب مماثل.

المهارات / الخبرة الأساسية

ضروري:

• مهارات ممتازة في تصميم الكمبيوتر ثنائي الأبعاد باستخدام AutoCAD و/أو Microstation.

• مهارات ممتازة مع MS Excel وMS Word وMS Access.

• قادرة على تفسير الرسومات الفنية.

• القدرة على إنشاء رسومات تصميمية دقيقة من معلومات المشروع الأساسية.

· خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات بعد التخرج في مشاريع النفط والغاز

· خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات بعد التخرج كمهندس تكليف يشمل مشاريع النفط والغاز

· يجب أن يكون لديك تجربة ما قبل التكليف والتكليف واختبار الأداء

• أخصائي علاج

المؤهلات المفضلة و/أو الخبرة

· سوف تكون حاصلاً على شهادة في الهندسة و/أو دبلوم معادل من كلية معتمدة أو جامعة معترف بها؛ هذا مطلب تعاقدي أساسي.

· سيكون لديك ما لا يقل عن عشر (10) سنوات من إجمالي الحد الأدنى من الخبرة العملية بعد التأهيل في صناعة النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات مع التعرض لمشاريع النفط الثقيل. يفضل خبرة المشروع البيئي.

· سيكون لديك ما لا يقل عن خمس (5) سنوات من الخبرة في العمل بعد التخرج في تعيين / تخصص ذي صلة داخل إحدى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي. ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي المشار إليها هنا هي: دولة الكويت، ومملكة البحرين، والمملكة العربية السعودية، وسلطنة عمان، ودولة قطر، والإمارات العربية المتحدة.

· سيكون لديك خبرة في العمل مع تقنيات معالجة التربة الملوثة بالنفط.

· يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة في تطوير استراتيجيات برامج العلاج.

· سيكون لديك القدرة على التفاعل بفعالية مع الأشخاص من جميع الجنسيات والثقافات مع استخدام لغة لفظية ومكتوبة واضحة وطلاقة ومعبرة لنقل المعلومات والأفكار. فرد يتمتع بمهارات تواصل ومهارات تعامل مع الأشخاص ممتازة، ومطور بارع للعلاقات على أساس مستدام وطويل الأجل.

· يجب أن تكون على دراية بالضوابط الهندسية والتنظيمية اللازمة لمنع الإضرار بالبيئة.

· يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة في القضايا البيئية في تصميم أو بناء أو تشغيل منشآت مدافن النفايات، بما في ذلك التعامل مع تصاريح المصانع والمرافق ومعالجة المياه ومعالجة مياه الصرف الصحي والبتروكيماويات وإنتاج حقول النفط وما يتصل بها من عمليات التخلص الخطرة. يجب أن يكون قادرًا على مساعدة/إعداد تقييم الأثر البيئي، ونمذجة الموقع المفاهيمي، والتحكم البيئي للمشاريع وضمان الامتثال خلال جميع مراحل المشروع.

• مهندس البناء الرئيسي

متطلبات الزامية:

· درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة / أو HND + إجمالي 24 عامًا من الخبرة وخبرة 10 سنوات في مشاريع النفط والغاز الكبرى في دور قيادي

· خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة بعد التخرج

· خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات بعد التخرج في إدارة مشاريع النفط والغاز كبيرة الحجم، بما في ذلك أعمال السلامة التي تقود الفريق.

· تجربة ما قبل التكليف والتشغيل واختبار الأداء

· يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين مع WorleyParsons في منصب مماثل

المهارات / الخبرة الأساسية

· خبرة في تطوير المخططات للمرافق الجديدة

· من ذوي الخبرة في مواصفات وتقييم وتوثيق المعدات.

· يتم تنفيذ العمل وفقًا لإرشادات فنية واسعة النطاق وبأقل قدر من الإشراف.

· القدرة على العمل في مواعيد نهائية ضيقة وتحديد أولويات العمل لتحقيقها.

• مشرف البناء – الأنابيب

متطلبات الزامية:

· درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو HND مع خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 16 عامًا وخبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في دور مماثل في مشاريع النفط والغاز الكبرى

· الحد الأدنى من الخبرة الإجمالية بعد التخرج 8 سنوات

· خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات بعد التخرج في مشاريع النفط والغاز الكبرى

· سجل حافل ونجاح واضح في إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في المشاريع الكبرى.
