We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Supervisor to join our team. As the
Operations Supervisor you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Manage all orders and make sure all orders are delivered on time and Coordinate with drivers
Monitor and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain quality standards.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and managing stock to minimize wastage and ensure product availability.
Staff Scheduling: Assist in creating and managing staff schedules to optimize productivity and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among staff.
Requirements:
Bilingual Candidates Preferred
Transferable Visa
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

جدولة الموظفين: المساعدة في إنشاء وإدارة جداول الموظفين لتحسين الإنتاجية وضمان التغطية الكافية خلال ساعات الذروة.
تعزيز بيئة عمل إيجابية وتعاونية بين الموظفين.
متطلبات:
يفضل المرشحين ثنائي اللغة
تأشيرة قابلة للتحويل
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في دور إداري إشرافي أو مساعد في قطاع المطاعم أو الضيافة.
مهارات القيادة والتواصل القوية.
القدرة على تحليل التقارير المالية وتنفيذ تدابير مراقبة التكاليف.
معرفة لوائح الصحة والسلامة.
قدرات ممتازة في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار.
المرونة في العمل في المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات.
