Job Description
Responsibilities:
Strategy
Oversee commercial strategy and for Irrigation in horticulture and agricultural applications identified by Greenscapes in Kuwait.
Provide the organization with strategic direction to scale the company by defining the irrigation strategy roadmap, routinely conducing SWOT analysis, and developing strategic projects and partnerships.
Marketing
Identify and develop critical marketing assets necessary for Greenspaces' growth in irrigation Specialty horticulture, agriculture and Governmental project in Kuwait.
Manage and represent Greenscapes at industry conferences.
Create abstracts and technical presentations for industry trade shows
Manage New Product Introductions within the Irrigation horticulture and agriculture industry.
Costumer care ( Private and Governmental Sector)
Sales
Drive sales both direct and indirect through Channel Partners
Support local sales teams by:
Providing guidance on how to successfully sell Greenscapes(TORO) products in Kuwait
Identifying consignment distributors and partners
Providing relevant tools and training
Develop distributor best practices and on-boarding training materials
Identify new applications and market opportunities for Greenscapes
Provide appropriate direction to Product Development teams for new product introductions and product improvements and specifications to Product Development based on customer experiences and market needs
Build relationships with strategic partners
Report directly to GM
