Electronic Warfare Planner
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop EW inputs for OIE-related planning documents (e.g., OPLANs, CONPLANs, Annex K, Annex P) and advise J39 leadership on EMSO integration into influence operations.
- Collaborate with MISO, Cyber, OPSEC, MILDEC, and Public Affairs planners to synchronize non-kinetic effects across the information environment.
- Represent EW equities in Joint Planning Groups (JPGs), Operational Planning Teams (OPTs), and Information Environment Working Groups (IEWGs).
- Coordinate with spectrum managers, J6, and J2/J3 staff to ensure proper targeting, deconfliction, and employment of EW capabilities.
- Support assessments of EW effectiveness using MOEs and MOPs aligned with OIE objectives.
- Maintain awareness of adversary EMS activities and capabilities, including but not limited to jamming, spoofing, and other forms of spectrum denial or deception.
Cyber Operations (IO) Planner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate of a recognized Joint Planning Course (e.g., SAASS, or SAMS, or JAWS, or SAWS, or JIOPC)
- Experience supporting Combatant Command-level exercises or contingency planning efforts
- Hands-on experience conducting cyberspace operations as a member of a Combat Mission Team (CMT), Cyber Protection Team (CPT), or Cyber Support Team (CST))
- Experience with Cyber Command tools such as Unified Platform (UP), Persistent Cyber Training Environment (PCTE), Big Data Platforms (BDP), and Joint Cyber Command and Control (JCC2)
Data Scientist
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of structured and semi-structured data sets, which include opinion research, social media-based big data, and various secondary-source indices.
- Review the methods and means to provide data visualization and quantitative analysis to the team.
- Develop automated approaches leveraging artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) and natural language processing (NLP) to streamline the input of operational assessment data into the Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE) system.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and exploit geospatial and imagery data (EO, IR, SAR, FMV) to support OIE planning, targeting, and campaign assessments.
- Produce GEOINT products including terrain analysis, route assessments, target graphics, battle damage assessments (BDA), change detection, and activity overlays.
- Use Commercial Telemetry Data (CTD) to enhance data validation, refine and support forensic and time-sensitive analysis.
- Fuse GEOINT with OSINT, WebOps, and PAI (e.g., social media posts, visual media, crowd-sourced location data) to support influence targeting and situational awareness.
- Provide spatial inputs to MISO, MILDEC, Cyber, and Public Affairs teams for influence messaging, visual product development, and infrastructure relevance.
Training Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an internal training curriculum tailored to personnel supporting Information Forces and Information Activities..
- Conduct training needs assessments by role, customer, and mission area to prioritize development areas across the workforce.
- Regularly review and integrate updated joint doctrine, service guidance, white papers, and COCOM-issued materials into training content.
- Lead recurring internal training sessions, virtual refreshers, and onboarding modules for OIE practitioners.
