A Team Lead Rider will assist the Rider Supervisor by overseeing rider performance, managing outsourced companies, and supervising Rider Coordinators.
What’s On Your Plate?
- Monitor and improve rider performance and compliance
- Manage rider roster including shift, break, and off-day allocations
- Set up performance improvement plans for low-performing riders
- Monitor individual rider performance, provide coaching, and issue warnings when necessary
- Prepare and share a late login list with all 3PLs
- Meet with 3PL Supervisors
- Hold monthly meetings with 3PLs to discuss performance and updates
- Supervise Coordinators assisting dispatchers with rider communication
- Ensure compliance with rider equipment
- Support the team in achieving talabat goals
- Handle Rider Supervisor duties in their absence
What Did We Order?
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry (preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Suite tools (GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms, etc.)
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
- Influencing and negotiation skills; good public speaking and presentation abilities
- Experience in managing large teams
- Stakeholder management experience with cross-cultural teams
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights

سيساعد قائد فريق الدراجين مشرف الدراجين في تحسين الأداء، إدارة الشركات الخارجية، والإشراف على منسقي الدراجين.
المهام الرئيسية:
- مراقبة وتحسين أداء الدراجين والامتثال
- إدارة جداول الدراجين بما في ذلك تنظيم الورديات وفترات الاستراحة وأيام الإجازة
- إعداد خطط تحسين الأداء للدراجين ذوي الأداء المنخفض
- مراقبة أداء كل دراج بشكل فردي وتقديم التوجيه والتحذيرات عند الضرورة
- إعداد قائمة تسجيل الدخول المتأخر ومشاركتها مع جميع شركاء التوصيل الخارجيين (3PLs)
- الاجتماع بمشرفي 3PL
- عقد اجتماعات شهرية مع 3PL لمناقشة الأداء والتحديثات
