We are seeking a professional Driver to provide transportation services for guests, ensuring comfort and safety while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Check the daily arrival list from the concierge for guests requesting transportation.
- Be the first point of contact and portray a professional image in line with Radisson Hotel Group standards.
- Welcome guests with a smile and greet them according to the time of day.
- Assist guests with luggage when entering or exiting the vehicle.
- Open the door for all guests.
- Offer guests a choice of music or reading materials provided in the car.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the journey.
- Adhere to local traffic rules and regulations, maintaining speed limits.
