Assembly Tech Assist Lead - Kuwait
About the Job:

This position is for a Missile Assembly and Disassembly Technical Assistance (TA) Lead, responsible for supporting and maintaining the Kuwait PATRIOT Missile Assembly Disassemble Facility (MADF), ensuring readiness of Kuwait Air Defense (KAD) personnel with Patriot PAC-2 missile assembly, disassembly, testing, and repairs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Kuwait Air Defense (KAD) personnel in the assembly, testing, and repair of Patriot PAC-2 missiles at the MADF.
- Assist with facility operations, daily workflow, and ensure compliance with USG policy and guidelines.
- Advise on safety practices and best procedures, assess the facility and equipment, and document any issues, offering resolutions.
- Assist with administrative coordination and asset management within the facility, ensuring proper handling and usability of chemicals and equipment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and calibrate MADF equipment, supporting missile readiness.
Required Skills:
- Experience in daily operations of a Patriot Missile Facility (PMF) or Missile Assembly and Disassembly Facility (MADF).
- Hands-on skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating missile systems and MADF equipment.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and mechanical abilities.
- Experience interpreting engineering documents, drawings, and product specifications.
- Strong assembly/disassembly and troubleshooting abilities with mechanical and electrical systems.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a PMF or MADF, or 8 years of relevant experience.
- Associate’s Degree or 10 years of relevant experience.
- Expert-level knowledge in project management and ability to identify impacts across projects or systems.

المهارات المطلوبة:
- خبرة في تشغيل منشأة باتريوت (PMF) أو منشأة تجميع وتفكيك الصواريخ (MADF).
- القدرة العملية على اكتشاف الأعطال، إصلاحها، ومعايرة أنظمة الصواريخ ومعدات منشأة MADF.
- مهارات تواصل وتعاون ممتازة مع القدرات الميكانيكية.
- خبرة في تفسير الوثائق الهندسية، الرسومات، ومواصفات المنتجات.
- مهارات قوية في تجميع/تفكيك الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية.
التعليم المطلوب:
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال تقني مع ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة في PMF أو MADF، أو 8 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
- درجة الزمالة أو 10 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
- مستوى خبير في إدارة المشاريع والقدرة على تحديد التأثيرات عبر المشاريع أو الأنظمة.
