Public Relations Communications Specialist
About the Job:
The Communications Specialist, fluent in both Arabic and English, is responsible for providing support on all day-to-day tasks for retainer and project-based clients. This includes executing communication plans and programs, coordinating with other support team members to ensure the successful completion of each task, and liaising with clients as required, all while adhering to TRACCS’ standards, systems, and procedures.
The Communications Specialist will carry out all routine communications and tasks for assigned accounts under the supervision of a senior manager or director. Attendance at all client meetings is essential to ensure that work is progressing as planned, that all deliverables are being completed, and that deadlines are being met. Additionally, active participation in brainstorming sessions for new ideas and contributing to the overall performance of the team is expected.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in the communications profession.
- Ability to execute all tasks promptly and with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English, along with strong research skills.
- Fundamental knowledge of the communications industry in the local market.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality work.
