UI/UX Designer - E-Commerce Platform
Full Job Description:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences, particularly in online retail platforms.
As a UI/UX Designer on our e-commerce platform, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience across our website and mobile app. Your designs will have a direct impact on user satisfaction, ease of use, and overall conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
User Research & Insights: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather valuable insights into user behavior, pain points, and potential improvements.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc., to communicate design ideas.
Visual Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand identity, ensuring consistency in UI components, colors, fonts, and overall aesthetics.
User Journey Mapping: Analyze and optimize customer journeys to minimize friction and improve conversion rates on both the website and mobile app.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to transform business and technical requirements into user-centric designs.
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback, iterating on designs to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
Responsive Design: Ensure designs are fully responsive, delivering a seamless experience across devices (desktop, mobile, and tablet).
Data-Driven Design: Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) to understand user interactions and inform design decisions that improve key metrics like cart abandonment, bounce rate, and checkout flow.
Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques, especially in the e-commerce sector, to continuously refine and improve our digital products.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly in e-commerce or related fields.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce design experience, including responsive web design, user research, and data-driven design.
Tools Proficiency: Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
UX Principles: Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability best practices.
Familiarity with Front-End Development: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and how designs translate into code (coding experience is a plus).
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for enhancing the customer experience.

المؤهلات والمهارات:
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تصميم UI/UX، وخاصة في التجارة الإلكترونية.
المحفظة: محفظة قوية تعرض تصميمات التجارة الإلكترونية.
إجادة الأدوات: خبرة في أدوات مثل Figma وSketch وAdobe Creative Suite.
فهم مبادئ UX: فهم عميق لتصميم تجربة المستخدم.
