VACANCIES FOR INSTRUMENT MAINTENANCE LONG TERM PROJECT

Position 1: INSTRUMENT FOREMAN
Qualification & Experience:
- 3 Year full-time Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics with minimum 6 years practical experience in maintenance of process control instruments in Refinery / Oil & Gas Industry.
- Good working (practical) knowledge about various process control instruments and skill to check, calibrate, and repair them up to the DCS system.
- Should have good knowledge on the DCS – Honeywell system.
QTY: 28
Salary in KWD: 450-500
Position 2: INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN
Qualification & Experience:
- 2 Years ITI / NCTVT in Instrumentation with minimum 7 years of experience in the maintenance of pneumatic and electronic instruments related to Refinery / Petrochemical.
- Knowledge of Rotating machinery instrumentation.
- Knowledge of all types of electronic instruments. Must be conversant with all types of Smart Devices.
- Good knowledge of DCS (Like Honeywell), PLCs, and ESD’s. Should be able to independently check from the Marshalling racks.
- Knowledge of all types of smart devices of international brands.
- Ability to read manuals, troubleshoot loops, and participate actively in safety programs.
QTY: 70
Salary in KWD: 350-400
Foreman – Instrument
- 3 Year Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of practical experience in the maintenance of process control instruments in oil refineries, petrochemical plants, or fertilizer industries.
- Expertise in checking, calibrating, and repairing process control instruments up to the DCS system.
- Good knowledge of DCS – Honeywell system.
Instrument Technician
- 2 Years ITI / NCTVT in Instrumentation trade.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in maintaining pneumatic and electronic instruments in refineries or petrochemical plants.
- Knowledge of rotating machinery instrumentation and all types of electronic instruments.
- Familiarity with Smart Devices, DCS (Honeywell), PLCs, and ESD’s.
- Ability to troubleshoot loops, follow safety rules, and actively participate in safety programs.

- معرفة عملية جيدة بأنواع مختلفة من أجهزة التحكم في العمليات ومهارة فحصها ومعايرتها وإصلاحها حتى نظام DCS.
- يجب أن يكون لديه معرفة جيدة بنظام DCS - هانيويل.
العدد المطلوب: 28
الراتب بالدينار الكويتي: 450-500
الوظيفة 2: فني أجهزة
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- دبلوم سنتين في الأجهزة مع 7 سنوات خبرة في صيانة الأجهزة الهوائية والإلكترونية المتعلقة بالتكرير أو البتروكيماويات.
- معرفة بأجهزة الآلات الدوارة.
- معرفة بأنواع الأجهزة الإلكترونية ويجب أن يكون ملمًا بجميع أنواع الأجهزة الذكية.
- معرفة جيدة بـ DCS (مثل هانيويل) وPLC وESD.
- القدرة على فحص الأنظمة بشكل مستقل من وحدات الربط.
- معرفة بالأجهزة الذكية من العلامات التجارية العالمية.
- القدرة على قراءة الكتيبات وحل المشكلات والمشاركة الفعالة في برامج السلامة.
العدد المطلوب: 70
الراتب بالدينار الكويتي: 350-400
مراقب أجهزة
- دبلوم ثلاث سنوات في هندسة الأجهزة أو الإلكترونيات.
- 6 سنوات على الأقل من الخبرة العملية في صيانة أجهزة التحكم في العمليات في المصافي أو مصانع البتروكيماويات أو الأسمدة.
- معرفة وخبرة جيدة في فحص ومعايرة وإصلاح أجهزة التحكم في العمليات حتى نظام DCS.
- معرفة جيدة بنظام DCS – هانيويل.
فني أجهزة
- دبلوم سنتين في الأجهزة.
- 7 سنوات من الخبرة في صيانة الأجهزة الهوائية والإلكترونية المتعلقة بالتكرير أو البتروكيماويات.
- معرفة بأجهزة الآلات الدوارة وجميع أنواع الأجهزة الإلكترونية.
- خبرة في الأجهزة الذكية وDCS (مثل هانيويل) وPLC وESD.
- القدرة على حل المشكلات والمشاركة في برامج السلامة.
